garrett LS nuggett finding

Mmm...basically, walk over one. Using the large mono helps cover more ground which also increases the odds.

Good luck!
California Infinium nuggets for you in the pic!

Welcome to the forum!:wave:This is a wonderful community and a great place to share info!:garrett:
In my experience, the best place to use the Infinium LS in Arizona is Northwest of the Pheonix area. Out towards the Congress area, Wickenburg, even the Prescott National Forest. I believe that the largest nuggets in the state are in this area, and that's where pulse induction units are most beneficial. Rich Hill, Yarnell, Stanton(Stanton is protected ghost town/no metal detecting allowed, but around that area is great).
By all means, join a prospecting club like GPAA(Gold Prospector's Association of America). They have many gold claims in these areas that I mentioned and members can prospect on the claims and keep whatever gold they find. Membership is around fifty bucks a year. For half that you can join the Weaver Mining District. They have several gold claims in that area as well. Also, SMTH(Superstition Mountain Treasure Hunters) is a good group to belong to. They have many claims in that area as well. Membership is about $75 a year.
I use my LS in these areas with great success. I use my VLF units out towards Quartzsite/Dome Rock area and have found many tinier pickers. Bear in mind that you need to dig every target, use absolutely no discrimination. You will dig all kinds of junk, such as bullets, bullet fragments and cartridge shells, shot gun shells and shot, nails, boot tacks and screen wire. However, if you are persistent, you'll get some gold. Be patient. It took me over a year to find my first nugget. Feel free to ask for any advice. I suggest that you check out the Garrett Infinium Forum Classroom here at Find's
