Garrett is the best

I received my new AT Gold yesterday by UPS when I opened it up and put it together and turned it on the VDI number was not all there the first number was half missing. I was really frustrated cause I have been waiting a week for it to get here. I called Garrett this morning talked with Rusty he emailed me a packing slip told me to ship it back and has already shipped me a new one. Now that is great service.

Never had a problem with any of my Garrett metal detecting machines yet. I have two Pin Pointers AT's & two Pin Pointers II and one of my Pin Pointer AT went bad - got a RMA number sent it in and less that a week had a brand new delivered with no questions asked. Garrett has a great customer service department.

Indeed great service but was better in the days of mary P and Brad...been a Garrett only swinger just about as long as the company was open...lol

Garret is fairly decent about stuff like that. The postal service, well I think they jump up and down on every package it seems anymore. Glad you have a swingythingy coming. I almost opted for the Gold but got the Pro myself. I dont see many people post pics of what they find with the gold, must be out detecting lol.
