Garrett Has A New Detector In The Works :smoke:

I watched the video. It tells the consumer absolutely nothing about the new unit. Why all the excitement at this point. At first....I thought the video was a truck commercial.

WHAT THATS IT !!!!!!! WHAT IS IT ? YOU GOT TO BE KIDDIN ME!!! hopefully what ever it is will have a bigger screen than the AT PRO had,for these tired eyes, it was the only reason why I got rid of mine.

The other guys better take note and come up with new stuff as well, hopefully this one will have better ergonomics than the pro

Not the best commercial I've seen... Good thing you guys said it was about detectors 'cause initially I thought it was a truck commercial also...HH...Jack from NH

Looks like it is going to be a gold detector. I read on another forum it is called the AT Gold same housing as the AT Pro and running at 18 kHz.

Hi TerraDigger, what the vid will do for many will be to back them down from buying some other detector now,and cause them to wait for a looksee at what was supposed to have been in that Garrett Bag. So the vid was a subtle(ingenious/crafty) success, which is what advertising is really all about. It do "work"! HH, Charlie

If nothing else, I like all the shots of Idaho in the summer.
