Jewelery mode, sensitivity to 6.5 or 7 to start, threshold so you can just hear it and notice if it drops out. You'll hit a lot of pull tabs, but still find the good stuff. If you're just starting out, try the coins setting. Love the imaging! If you come across something that shows as big and deep it might be a coin at the surface, so raise the coil and try pinpointing again.
