Has anyone done a head to head comparison between the 1500 and the M6? I'm wondering if they are about equal as far as depth?

Garrett GTI-1500 and White's M6

They have a lot of similarities, but the GTI 1500 can size an object, the M6 can't.

I know the basic differences between the two because I've had both. I'm just curious if anyone has compared the two side by side on targets in the ground as far as which is deeper. Or are they about equal.
