Hi, my dad passed away a few years ago, and i'm trying to sell some of his metal detecting equipment...i'm not trying to sell in this forum, just wondering if anyone can give me any idea of what i can ask for his 2 detectors... he has compass, Yukon 77B, professional and Garrett ADS, Groundhog....two ear pieces...both in very good condition... if not allowed on this forum to talk about pricing, if anyone has any ideas where I can get this kind of info...really appreciate it..
thanks, suzette

Sorry to hear about your dad and the passing of another beeper swinger. I owned a 77 IB for some time when they first came out. Was a helluva machine in its day and I have a buddy who still hunts with one and thumps the butts of many with the latest razzle dazzle machines. I would check on Ebay and the classifieds on this web site and that other web site. If you don't know where that one is email or PM me and I'll direct you there. They should be worth a few bucks to collectors and nostalgia nuts. The Compas is popular with many competition hunters due to its TR configuration.

Sorry to hear about your dad. As far a the Compass Yukon goes, I actually bought a Yukon 77B pro today from a fella on craigslist for $25.00 and he threw in a really cheap detector
with the brand name of"Jetco" GTX Huntmaster. It looks like it might find something no more than about a half in deep.LOL When I was looking on Craigslist and on Ebay I did see a couple Compass Yukon 77b on those sites selling for or had bids for between $75.00 and $200.00. I have no idea about the Garrett, but I will see what I can find out. If the price is right, I might be interested in them.my e-mail is woodguru69@gmail.com. I just now joined this forum and if this is inappropriate to give my email address out, let me know. I don't want to get booted from here. Thank you

That's a old post lots of water has gone under the bridge:stars:

I didn't notice the date on this original post and when I scanned down the replies and saw "uncle willy" I almost peed myself. How the devil did a five year old post get revived?
