Garrett Grand Master Hunter

I have a Garrett Grand Master Hunter. It didn't come with the arm support when I bought it, back in the early 90's)
The last few times I used it I noticed a little tennis elbow. The day before yesterday I made an arm support for it. Yesterday I tested it out. It worked good. I believe I'm going to remove the velcro strap.. too much of a hindrance, besides the detector is a little front heavy and I shouldn't need the strap. I still need to make a cover for the cuff but for now it is good to go..

I have a genuine Garrett accessory part that anchors the stock armrest to the back of the control box housing. The early GMH and some GMH II metal detectors did't have this. Sure helps anchor the back of the armrest so that it doesn't wiggle about. Let me know if it is something you'd need. It's still in the bag and has directions for mounting. Includes the actual part, screws and instructions.
