Garrett Customer support

I sent my Garrett AT PRO in for service about 13 May and received it back This morning. The things that were wrong were all my fault. I asked for an estimate but never got one. Garrett replaced a scratched screen two connector. One on my headphones the other on my coil that I bunged up tightening them up on the connectors to the box. A new elbow pad and all of this for not one red cent. I love my AT PRO and am completely thrilled with the detector and the total support Garrett gives to its customers. This is one of the rare companies around who back up their products completely. You guys deserve a medal. Thanks a million.

Damn Good aren't they?! USA USA USA

They are great and if you ever get a chance go by there some day!

What would be the advantage of going there? I'm about 6 hours away and would like to visit the factory. Wish it were nearer to me.

Heck I am 40 mins from there and never been inside LOL but Sue is a Member Of our Club and she a Sweet Heart

Yep, they're amazing, and super fast, too!

FYI, there is a museum at the factory of different things found over the years by Garrett detectors; even a replica of the largest gold nugget. Probably not something you would drive 6 hours just to see, but an interesting visit if you are in the area...

Don't remember what was wrong, but I once dropped off my Infinium at the factory one Friday and it arrived back at my house repaired by the following Friday (and for a very nominal fee.) They also repaired some damage to my AT that was clearly my fault (and I told them) at no charge. These guys are the Gold Standard for customer service and support.
