...it is the absolute greatest! Twice I have sent in my detector with intermitent problems in the field, which they could not replicate in the repair shop, even after hours of trying. Intermitent problems are difficult that way, like when you take the car to the shop to fix the widget, and the widget acts normal for the first time in 2 weeks. Now,after two all-out efforts, they think they have figured out that either my battery supply cord or my battery holders (which I did not send in with the unit) may be the culprits for the eratic problems. So they replaced the cord and are sending me new battery holders, without questioning whether I'm dreaming (I'm not; been doing this 30+ years). In fact, they repaired both without charge, and have told me that if these repairs do not work, that I am NOT to send the unit to them, but they will send for it at their expense and send me a new one to take its place. How's that for customer support? I wish my car, refrigerator, t.v., etc, etc, manufacturers would do half as well. I'll tell you, Garrett's shop is the best I've ever experienced in more than six decades! Thanks Garrett team, and Goooo green....
