Over the years (and I almost hate to count how many it's been), Garrett's superior customer service has been a constant from anyone I've talked to. Both Mary P. and Jack L. have demonstrated what Charles himself set out to do some 40 years ago and that was build a quality detector and support the customers that buy them.
Considering Garrett Electronics has grown in leaps and bounds thanks to the increased attention in the security end of the business, it says a lot that they have not forsaken the hobbyist that buys one detector at a time as compared to companies that are buying 100's at a time from the security division.
OK, I'll step down from my soapbox . . .
