Garrett Blue waterproof headphones question

Deltacounty2

New member
I purchased the Garrett blue waterproof headphones to use with my Garrett AT MAX. My question is, "How can a person use these headphones without being able to turn the volume down?" I've been searching for a waterproof audio taper potentiometer but have not found one. I thought the volume on the detector would work to turn the volume up and down, but it only works with the wireless Z-link headphones. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I cut a thicker neoprene can holder up to fit inside the ear pockets on mine. Brings the volume down to bearable levels.
