Garrett ATPRO prices

worthy

New member
hi there, i have been looking into prices for the ATPRO both here in England and U.S. in England, prices are around

No, that sounds about normal. After you add in the costs of shipping, the costs of tariffs and duties, and the markup for the local seller, I can see that.

Some detectors have been twice the price by the time they reach Britain plus lifetime or five year warranties drop to two years.

I noticed a Whites DF at the same price as the AT Pro a few weeks back, the DFX cheaper, Fisher F70, MXT 300, X Terra 705, Garrett Seahunter Mk II all way cheaper, so its not all down to import costs.

The trouble is if you grey import the official importer in the U.K. may refuse to carry out warranty repairs and then you end up with paying for another two trips across the Atlantic.
