Hi Folks,

Heres is one of three videos I have done with the AT PRO. All inside as the weather is cold outside and all I can do is play with it in my house.

Check it out:

Hi Bearkat thanks for sharing.

When video testing any machine it is useful to include the settings of the machine in the same footage including the ground balance at the beginning of the test this is particularly true when you are doing a back to back or side to side like you are doing in your video.

I am in the same position as you regarding weather plus I am down with the flu, I hate winter

Nice video; enjoyed it, but have a few questions. Is it possible that the 2500 coil could have been setting dierctly over or near some metal... nails, rebar, house wiring, under the floor? Is it possible tha the 2500 could have been de-sensitized by the AT Pro being so close.

A more objective test, in my thinking, would be to test one machine at a time, with the other one off, and placing each test machine in the same physical location. That would eliminate the variables. Also would like to know what the settings were.

Thanks for the video

I tend to agree with Macedonian comments in a way. Looking at the coil comparison also. It appears the 2500 is using the stock coil, maybe use one similar to the pro. It would also help to show the settings as discussed. I guess I am somewhat bias when it comes to defeating the 2500. I have seen how the 2500 performs and I believe there isn't another detector that can compare to it with its special settings. These are just my comments.

Ok lets see...the 2500 of course was in disc mode which is auto grd bal. The AT PRO grd bal was set on 50...it didint move when I grnd bal in air so I set it half way.

I mentioned in the video that the sensitivity settings were 7/8 (AT) and 9 for the 2500.

Most of the nuggets i.d. around 50-60, I'll try and get a video of the nugget i.d. numbers. The small ones sometimes around 40.

From my experience using the 2500 it was performing as it usually does.

More to come...

My 2500 didn't get much more depth than my ACE 250. I never did consider it a really great depth machine. But I don't like to continually dig much over 6 to 8" anyway because of a very bad back. I wasn't surprised that the AtPro won the depth test as tested in the clip. Onus

Yeh heard that...

Is this what's known as a one man show................at least if there is any pay claim or other disputes, it stays in the family.

Activate the GTI 2500's Prospecting mode or TAM as some might call it and then see.

Excellent down on the floor light entertainment.:clapping:

Oh yeh Ivan...just me and my production team, er, uh, yep just me.
