Garrett AT Pro vs. Fisher F70

Okay, I know pitting two detectors against each other and asking for opinions on which is "better" is a haphazard thing to do, but here goes. I'm looking to upgrade from a bounty hunter unit (fun machine, but I'm ready for something more serious). I've narrowed my search down to these two units. I've read a number of reviews of both, though I rarely see them compared directly (probably since the AT Pro hasn't been on the market so long). I intend to use whatever I buy to search primarily for older coins and jewelry in soil with a fairly high iron content, and occasionally on the beach. In terms of performance (specifically depth and ability to handle mineralization), which is better and by how much? I would particularly appreciate the advice of anyone who has used both machines. Thanks in advance!
