Garrett Ace 250 help.

Hello,
My Garrett Ace 250 seems to be misfunctioning. When I plug in my Garrett Headphones it doesn't go very loud at all as it used to. Please help thanks
 
Have you got a volume control on your earphone ?
Perhaps it was accidently turned down or a malfunction in the earphones themselves.
Mayby try a different set and see if this helps before sending the detector in.
