Gardiner explosive bullet & New York staff officers cuff button

I got out to a couple of spots yesterday and today. I found the Confederate Gardner's yesterday. I went to some yanky camps today. I found a rare one today. A Gardiner explosive bullet. The Federal government only bought 115,000 of these during the entire war. The button is a New York staff officers cuff button. Thanks for looking. HH

There's a copper bottle in the nose. The pewter was poured around it. There's a charge of fulminate of mercury in it. The fuse is for 1.25 seconds after it's shot.
