The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Hi All,

I have a "Golden Analytical" 10 Troy Oz Silver Bar for Sale. (GA)

Taking offers.

These sale for $450 to $650 on eBay.

These are what people call "Loaf" bars Or "Poured" bars...

I don't know the age but maybe in the 70's or older by the looks of it.

I'm sure with what's been going on in the world today, that the price for these will continue to rise in the up coming years.

With the chance to double your money a true possibility.

Surprisingly a local Coin and Jewelry Shop offered me $461 cash for my Silver Bar.

That would be equal to anyone on the Forum offering me $491 because with Shipping, Insurance, Signature Confirmation....
and Tracking information along with the Paypal fees would have easily cost me the $30 I am estimating here.

Thanks to all that made me an offer.......
It was quite stressing to me and others I am sure.....

I was constantly worrying of the current spot Silver pricing as this was brought to my attention a few times :)

It would have been EASY to lower my price with a Silver drop.....but who knows about my "increase" due to market conditions -- right??

I did pretty good at the Jewelry/Coin Shop today leaving with $981 CASH and I didn't really have much to sell. LOL

They were giving $33 for S-Dollars and I only had 2 (one was found metal detecting) *Was only my 2ND to have ever been found while metal detecting.
I imagine it was RARE to lose one of those NOISY things :twodetecting:
I received $170 from some old Sterling plate that was thin enough to bend with fingernail...!!!

I had a few gold pieces that brought the rest of my total.......

One piece was a light 18KT pendant I picked out of a $25 tray at a pawn shop about 5 years ago brought me $120 today "cool" !!



Now if my back would heal up enough to go out metal detecting I can rebuild my "stock" :detecting:

Unfortunately I had a Brother STEAL all my Silver about 5 years ago :stretcher: or I would of had "POUNDS" of Silver for Sale today.
I used to LOVE Silver..... But after he then snatched that away (somethings I had for about 30 years), it kind of "tarnished" my care for the stuff. Oh well..... :yo:
Plenty of other things to care about :wiggle:
