G2 Volume Question

Member
On my G2 when the gain is set low around 40 to 50, the volume really drops off to the point where it is very faint and almost too soft to hear even shallow targets. I am using a good set of headphones. In comparison, my F75 is very loud through these headphones even at low sensitivity settings. The internal speaker is always very faint. Any advice?

jack up the gain and it gets louder....

I would do this except that there is EMI in one area that I hunt that prevents me from jacking up the Gain above 40 or 50. So I am stuck with very low volume even through the headphones.
