It was muddy but fun hunting in a plowed field with BFCB yesterday. I love hunting where the indians are old! Got some good dates this time! Also a couple of flower buttons, some kind of brass stopper I think, a mangled key, toe tap, thimble and a tiny piece of turquoise in a ring setting.

Way to go Neil. I bet this was one of your best early January hunts in northern Indiana. We are toughing it out down in sunny central Indiana. Looks like you were in a great place. Love the weather so far, hope it holds for at least one more weekend hunt. Got a place scouted and looking forward to checking it out before being frozen out. Thanks, for posting.
