G2+..ANYONE SWINGING ONE YET?

Just want to see if anyone using the new g2+ yet.. they have just gone on sale where i am (Australia) and i have been waiting to get one..if anyone got one,can you give me some first impressions? love my g2 and of course the pistol grip rod(which is why i waited for this instead of jumping straight on its ' identical twin cousin :) )..only bummer will be for me it comes with the biaxle coil instead of the 10x5 dd its cousin has, but no biggie :) cheers for any info on any ifo..

I'm really interested in this unit. But I haven't seen any sign of one yet here in the states.

It seems like it is the same machine as the F19, just as you said. I too, would much prefer the 5x10 solid coil like th F19 has. It's my favorite coil on my Omega hands down.

I wonder if the F19 and/or the G2+ have the dual processors like the original G2? :shrug:
 
the f19 is a bug on steroids,so im guessing the same is true on the g2+... the only thing that may keep me on the fence a little while is to see if they have minor updates like the omega (i love my omega,but im always wondering what the guys with higher version no. gets that i dont,lol) ...the f 19 hasnt changed since release, so i,d say the g2+ should be bang on :detecting:
 
sometimes i try (operative word being 'try', lol) to wait a little before adopting new tech immediately, give them time to work out some of the bugs(if any)..but sometimes you just cant wait.. :)

mostly just the FeTone, adjustible notch, and backlight. I didn't notice a lot of difference performance wise between g2 and F19. I haven't tried a g2+ yet. It's basically a f19 on a better shaft and bigger coil. even has the same red backlight.
