G2 and T2se

I've been looking awful hard at these two machines and am having a hard time making up my mind. I'm mostly interested in coinshooting but spend a lot of time looking for coins around cellar holes which always have lots of rusty bits of iron. Does the two processors of the G2 make up for the difference in depth between the two, and just how much difference in depth are we talking? I currently use a Cortes which is stable and has decent depth but I don't think it handles the iron as well as the Teknetics would. what are your thoughts?

Monte (very experienced detectorist) has experience with both these units if I remember correctly. He is doing a GPAA show in Utah currently. Perhaps he will offer his input.

the t2se with the 5 inch dd coil is really good at getting the goods out of trashy areas gets good depth also you should read dankowskis compilation #1 i would post a link but would probebly get in trouble for it, he talks about the f75 and t2 in iron infested areas good luck hh

The 2 processors in my opinion make the G2 run soother and quieter in iron. It can descrim out trash and iron better than just about anything I have used. New XP Deus might have taken that role now. The Omega is a bit hotter on coins in my opinion. Slight edge on depth on them. However the G2 is MUCH more sensitive to small objects, specially gold.

Hope that helps!
