I'm posting this message to give MINELAB USA/Cust.Svc. Rep DICK SHULTZ some serious POSTIVE RECOGNITION!! Last month, I had a repeated history problem with a Broken Coil Wire in my MINELAB EXCALIBUR BBS COIL. I called DICK SHULTZ at MINELAB USA, and calmly explained the situation to Dick, and that I've went through (3) BBS Coils in 4 1/2yrs., and that I have the paperwork to prove it. He told me to send it in, and that he would come up with something to make me happy.
WELL HE DID!! MINELAB replaced my broken coil with a new 10" Tornado Slimline Coil, which is what I wanted the last time, that it was sent in for repair!! They Also Went OVER THE DETECTOR, REPLACED the Battery Cable, (2) Knobs, and (2) Grommets. BETTER YET, MINELAB did this all as a C-O-U-R-T-E-S-Y
REPAIR!!! You can't ask for BETTER Customer Svc. THAN THAT!!! Furthermore, DICK SHULTZ will always take your phone calls, and if he is unable to take your call at that moment. HE HAS ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS, either that same day or the very next day.
This EXPERIENCE has PROVED TO ME, that MINELAB USA is seriously LISTENING to its CUSTOMERS, and TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY ITS CUSTOMERS!!!
I want to extend a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to DICK SHULTZ and MINELAB USA. HH, NamVetLesTreasureSeeker
 
I have had several positive experiences with Minelab and Dick Shultz in particular. I would never hesitate to buy a used Sovereign, because I know it is a tough little machine and Minelab will fix it for a reasonable price.
