FX-1 Probe for F75

My FX-1 is on the way but I'm wondering if anyone has received theirs and how it works? Only pinpointer I've ever used was the Tinytec and I thought it was great. Seems like I read somewhere that the Sunray Probes will pick up targets three inches away. That was on other detectors but now we're talking about the F75. Does the increased sensitivity of the F75 add or subtract from what other models accomplish? I'm really looking forward to using the FX-1.

installed easy....and is very light. Doesnt seem to change the "feel' of the machine at all.
seems to work well too...but havent had the time (or weather) to try it in the field yet.
so far I like it!

Received my FX-1 a couple of days ago and had a chance to use it once so far. Works as advertised. Don't really like the idea of clicking it in and out of the retainer clips provided with the unit, Makes for an easier operation to just stick it in your coin pouch or other small pocket nearby. If you put it in your coin/junk pouch or some other pocket with a metal object in it, that takes care of the problem of forgetting to switch back to coil after the target is recovered. It will let you know right away.

Got out today for first time with my probe. Snow melted off and got to 60 degrees today. Went to my relic hole that is full of iron. Discrim 4, sens 99, monotone, de mode. The probe worked better than expected...was getting 4 inches of depth on detection of targets. Sure made quick recovery in the mud...also picked up several good targets probing the recovery hole.

The recovery was as quick as when using the coil.
