Is it possible to update, modify the CTX thru an update using a computer if a problem were to arise?

Let's say Minelab found an issue even a minor one, and from an update could they change the CTX to eliminate the issue?

Yes assuming its software/programming related and not mechanical. When you connect to Xchange 2 you will be prompted with an exclamation point that is a yellow/orange color at the top of the screen. This signifies there is an update available.

That's good to know guess what I was trying to say if there were an issue can problems be programmed to elimate them, hopefully these updates let us know what the changes are as some users may want to keep the old programs.
