Got out with the Outlaw and made it out to the old foundation before the sun go down, and was digging in threshold all metal , in just a very small earea i pulled lots of Iron but mixed in with the Iron was a nice old pants button marked FV& M PHOENIX about the size of a dime just goes to show it could have been a dime and it was masked, i was using my RTG sand scoop and it saved me stooping , down to dig until I would get a target that would not stick to the magnet, I think i covered a spot 4 ft x 8 ft and found all that jazz lost to go I had a great time can't find any info on the phoenix button .

Can you post a clearer photo of the button?

I have already thrown it out it copper or brass with some Iron in it probably from some old pants, I goat get back their its a blast digging all metal , Wish I had a mar age P,I machine one note swing the outlaw slow and it will let the good signals break thru much much better .

Gunnar I'm 100% certain that if something good is hiding in all that iron, you'll find it.

At least your having fun, I dig trash myself...and just when you say "...not more trash......" out pops a goodie.
Just enough motivation to dig some more trash.

Just wondering how much of that cool pottery you used to make you still have kicking around?
Think I spotted some really beautiful blue pottery you had displayed at that one website.
