Full length rubber gloves

the Swede

Member
I have read on this forum that "some guys up in the north" use full length rubber gloves with a liner to protect them from the cold. And since I too will work in relatively chilly waters, I was wondering if someone knows the dealers name? Because these ones will just not do it...

These are trappers gloves which are used to set and pull traps from cold water. Do a search for "trapping gloves" or "trapper gloves" and you should get a few hits.

If you have a commercial fisherman supply locally that would be the place to look at several choices. HH Mike.

These are what I use hunting during the winter when the water gets in the 30's F

for the cheapest option try a industrial cleaning firm, i work 8 hour shifts using high power pressure washers to clean freezers and chillers, in one of the worlds largest chicken processors. we use the full arm gloves, and wear seperate cotton gloves underneath, no problems with cold. it,s my day off today but i can get the makers details if you need them friday
