The F2 is less than 6 months old and works perfectly.
I used it a few times at a few parks, just to try something different. I have a screen cover for it (in pics), which is included and saves the screen from scratches and dirt.
I would say that the F2 is in 'almost new condition'. I am 100% honest and say that, because I am sure you can find a few light scratches... if you looks hard, and most are probably there from just wiping any dirt of grass off of it after I got it back home.
The foam elbow rest is perfect and coil has no scratches on it. I got a good pic posted of them. I used it in open parks and never hit ground or anything.
I also have a Automax V4 pinpointer (in the pic) that I can throw in if you want it or need a pinpointer. I upgraded to a Pro Pointer and my V4 has one issue with it. You can run it on audio or vibrate, and the audio goes in and out, but the vibrate works all the time. I took it apart to check it out, no loose wires, so I have no idea. Vibrate is what everyone pretty much runs, not to draw attention. I did turn the switch up inside to boost the sensitivity, so it actually hits at about 2X the distance as the stock setting...LOL.
I am not posting any of the stats or data about the F2, I am sure you can look it up easily. I will say that the F2 is a great bang for a buck and by using it a few times I would say it's 3 biggest perks are:
#1 It has a TDI display which is nice for that price range
#2 It detects very deep, like most Fisher machines
#3 very very simple to use. Turn on, set sensitivity, notchout what you want, and go.
I'll also consider any trades, both partial... either way, me or you... or full trade for:
E-Trac coil, AT Pro coil, another detector, another Pro Pointer+ (my GF keeps stealing mine!), Lesche shovel+, etc...who knows.... run it by me, I am 100% fair. if you never owned a Fisher give it a try...
