Frozen Tundra in Michigan

Rocky!

New member
I just couldn't take it anymore!!! Received my new Excal ll 1000 two days ago, in the snow, and it's still freezing outside....But went out with my MXT, 9.5 today, to the local park and did some sweeping!! Found lots of Clad, dog tag, fishing reel side cover, and numerous other little metal do dads~ Can't wait to be able to be digging deeper than 2".. lol )
I've been doing a lot of on line research about local surrounding towns, being occupied prior to 1870 and can't wait to get out there and see what lies ahead for me this year!!! Should I be blessed to run across any really nice stuff, I'll post some pics!!! (with Nancy's help???)

Every day of MD'ing is a very good day!!!

Rocky!

Hi Rocky, Glad you could get out. Yes, if you need any help on the pictures, just say the word. I'll try to see what I can do. We're hoping for a warm Spring any day now. HH, Nancy

Feel your pain. Should only be a few more weeks. At least we got rid of all the snow. Temps are supposed to be on the rise this week.

Rising temps. with rain, that should soften the ground up some..... Gotta love Michigan! My MXT should be here sometime this week!:bouncy:
