My father Myrl (Merle) Cochran went into our local hospital 15 weeks ago tonight with gall baldder trouble with a gall stone stuck in his Pancreatic trac. He then got Pancreatitis which is very painful and sometimes takes months to get over it. Anyway I cannot even begin to list everything that has happened in the last 15 weeks but just a few are heart attack, pneumonia 3 times, irregular heartbeats because of low electrolites like potassium, Gall Bladder removal, stomack tube in, Trachae put in, feed tube, drain tubes, and many many other things. When he gets better here he gets sicker somewhere else. I am just seeing him loose steam alot this last week. I just pray and ask for prayers for him to have enough energy that we can start getting him up from the bed at least to sit at a chair or maybe a wheel chair so I can roll him around to see things except the same room. They have been able to cap his trachae the last week so he can talk to us and thats a blessing but he is bleeding alot when they suction the secretions from his tube so he is not able to talk much. At least he did eat some ice cream, tomato soup, and drink some buttertmilk today. I have taken my business of Bonnie Blue Detectors and put in on the back burner until we can get him strong enough to go home. I am still selling a few units but not able to trade alot just because it takes time to clean up a trade, go over it, then list it. For some of my customers I am still here but just have slowed down the business. I am an only child and my mom is getting on up there in age so I am driving her to and from the hospital then I go back to spend the night if she doesn't. Its rerally wearing all of us down a goob bit. I would just ask for all your prayers these next few weeks for my father and mother. I will keep you informed and I appreciate it.
