Friday's Hunt

Steve hopefully you beat the heat....yesterday I tried while daughter was at dentist. Hit the forest preserve across the street. 40 minutes later and only 10 coins and a junk ring, I went back into the air conditioned dentist office...
I am thinking about a short hunt tomorrow. We are getting 90's and rain all of next week. Just when I think I have everything under control to make my goals....the weather takes over..

It was 98 here today.820pm and still 92.It was very hot hunting. I lasted about 2 hrs and drank a half gallon of water. The ground was like digging in cement. All I could do to dig the ground. Wish we had rain in the forecast.Good luck..HH
