Headed back somewhere close that I had hunted before as family is coming in to visit.
I pretty much feel all the great coins have been dug by me a Wil years ago but, I thought I would take a gander.
I was able to get 2 more Silver Quarters and 12 wheat's but, nothing really great.
The one picture is a vinyl/plastic change purse that when dug was rusted close by the snap. I could tell there where coins in it but, did not know what kind.
It still had a key attached to it and something else that had become a chunk of rust. Inside was 6 wheat's.
Here is the lil purse thing pic below and then one of my quarters still in the clump from the whole.

Short hunt but, good hunt and fun.

I am going to be cutting back on my posting as I think it might be getting old.

I wish everyone a great weekend and thanks if you are checking out the post.

That constitutes great in my book ... I'd take that any day. Nice finds !

Thanks Dave, yes as far as getting Silver that is something I like and opening up a mystery coin holder was fun for sure but, I am a old copper fan at heart I think.
Call me odd but, digging up Indians is probably my favorite next to Large Cents. Many people dont dig the Indians especially if it was hunted 10+ years ago.
Thanks for your kind words.

Great hunt...........I'm with Bryce, I've never gotten tired of seeing the silver edge etc. of a coin in the dirt. It really gets me going in the search mode! Detecting is a super duper blood pumping hobby!:smoke:

Nice finds Mike. Just because you are able to get out and make some nice finds doesn't mean we are getting tired of you posting your finds. That's what this forum is all about and I hope you keep on posting and keep on inspiring the rest of to get off our butts and get out as well. HH.
