G,day All,
I hit the beach this morning at 7.00am .The weather wasnt the best,it was spitting rain & there was a strong wind blowing which made the swell 0.5m-1m.So i put on my 7mm wet suit for warmth,I made my way down to the waters edge carrying my Sea Hunter MkII & my long handled stainless scoop. The water was rough i couldnt see the bottom clearly so i knew i would have trouble pinpointing targets.I also had a bit of a audience watching me,quite a few on lookers today stopping & having a look to see what i was doing out in the surf.Balance was also a problem as I found out the hard way,I got pounded by a wave that knocked me over, then I tripped over my scoop. No jewelery today but I did manage to dig 3 bobby pins,19 coins for a total of $8.75 I was in the water for 7hrs today & i was dog tired when i finished.
But each time I use the Sea Hunter MkII Im slowly getting to learn this machine, totally different than a VLF! But I still love my GTAX1000
