I headed off for the park I've been hitting for several months now. I decided to hit a different area Friday, for a change of pace. I went to a spot that I pounded a year ago. Obviously, I didn't search it as thoroughly as I thought I had, as I pulled some goodies out. First goodie up gave me a solid High Coin hit at an indicated 6". When I saw it, I saw an oblong, multi-surfaced object covered in dirt. When I picked it up, I realized it was not one, but TWO silver dimes stuck back-to-back. One was a really worn Merc, the other a Roosie. Here's the pics:

I'm pretty sure the Merc is a 1919, as I can just barely see that the loop doesn't connect to what left of the digit, as an "8" would.
About 10 - 15' away, I got another one of those sweet, solid High Coin hits from an indicated 6". When I opened the plug, target was in the hole. I kept removing dirt and scanning it, with no target. Finally, I saw a little glint of silver on the bottom of the hole, I popped it out, to reveal this:

Nice! This makes silver coin #30 for the year. I'm doing better on silver this year, compared to last year, although I haven't found as many Wheat's yet.
