Fresh Water Lake

I went and did something today I have not done in years, I went into a fresh water lake with the Excalibur. WOW! Why have I been holding off on doing so. I found a real nice gold ring, a gold earing and I believe it to have a real diamond in it, a silver ring, silver earing, $11.27 in clad, one silver dime, three silver quarters, a set of keys, and last but not least a piece of gold dental work, appears to be an upper partial, solid gold. Guess I'll get back into this type of detecting, it really pays off.

Good thinking on your part to leave the saltwater beach to the crowd and go solo for the big score. Nice One.

Hey S.C., did a bit of lake hunting myself the last few months with the Excal and did quite well. Looks like you need to get back out there. You missed some, I promise you! Awesome haul dude, lets see some pics.
