fresh water beach machine????

Ok you have heard this before.
I had a ton of detectors and still can't figure out which would be the best detector for me on a fresh water beach like lake ontario.
I don't think I want to go into the water but mostly beach hunt for rings and jewelry. I think I am done with a lot of the shallow depth little devils but thinking of the Etrac or the Deus or maybe the 3030.
I like to look at numbers which tell me it is junk.
The best detector so far that I had was the SE pro with two coils and a hot 705 which in prospector mode will have you digging all day long.
I am ready to buy one and get it over with.

"mostly beach hunt for rings and jewelry" I am assuming gold rings and jewelry

"I like to look at numbers which tell me it is junk' Simple numbers or a combo of numbers ?

I would get another 705 and an HF coil...and you can see the numbers on a 705 really well. Simple number system, tone ID, auto and manual gb, noise cancel.

I was thinking of that lightly-what is that HF coil?
Not that high is it -in prospector mode it will have me digging up the whole beach.
I should have never sold the one I had but you know how that goes.
Always looking for better-that's what keeps us buying.
thanks
