Freq. Offset

Check the on board manual under frequency. For example 2.5khz at zero offset is 2.49 and at -5 it is 2.688. The whole chart is there.
 
There are several ways to get there. Go to expert menu, then go to frequency. Hit menu - zoom, scroll down to about frequency, then scroll down to the chart. The chart is a nice detail but not of much use.
 
Finally found it...Not what i expected...freq goes up with negative offset and down with positive....would think it would be just the opposite
 
You are correct. However, the information still serves no useful purpose. You just adjust the V until the detector is most quiet. How much it changes, well ????
