Barry L said he got his freed up. I was out of my silicone spray so off to the big box home supply "depot". I also picked up another product that seems well suited for marine use. I got it free but it took patience and grunt. Maybe spray lube inside shaft before water hunting...? Whatever you fo never use a petroleum based product like WD40 - it will ATTRACT grit. I think my best course is to adapt the ATP to my plugger 3 piece travel shaft by purchasing the handle & mount from plugger. He drilled for my Excalibur & PI. But shafts don't mate up.

Congratulations! I failed in my attempt..I have that blaster stuff, and it usually saves the day, just not today. I was wondering if coating the shaft and inside the tube with paraffin wax or some car wax would work?
