Free presidential coins!!

I never figured out the free part. This was not a paid advertisement, but an article in the news paper. It said you get a year of never-circulated presidential coins(4 coins) free for $8 from the world Reserve. See what I mean,free?
I gave them a call. With shipping it cost $12.95 for the 4 coins and a neat folder to put them in. No catch. They would like you to get the whole set of 40 presidential coins for $175. I said no thanks. I did take the introductory offer though.
