Free Photo Editing Software..............

There is a free photo editing program on the Internet "Perfect Effects 4 Free," that some of you folks might be interested in trying. This program is used to enhance your pictures by using special effects. I downloaded it yesterday afternoon and played with it for several hours. Below is a special effects picture that I made using this software. I just played with it yesterday, and still don't know a lot about how to properly use it, but I think it is a keeper, and fun to play with. Kelley (Texas) :)
