Perfect Effects 4 free software will enable you to apply some special effects to your pictures. This free software is a smaller version of their premium software, and it is an actual working program with no gimmicks. I used the free version for awhile and liked it so much that I eventually bought the full, premium version, and have no regrets. It is easy to down load and you will spend hours enjoying yourself playing with it with some of your pictures that you have already taken, and will be amazed at some of the improvements that you see right before your eyes.
