Free Model 870

I thought some of you veterans and hunters would be interested in this. Remington Arms is giving away 10 commemorative Model 870 shotguns to celebrate
their 10 millionth shotgun. www.remington.com/10milu
You must register by Dec-31st. It takes just a couple minutes and the contest winners will be notified Feb-28-2010. Got this info from my NRA magazine American Hunter and I have already registered for a shotgun. I don't hunt anymore myself, but would like to own one of these engraved shotguns and I wanted
to share this info with my metal detecting brothers and sisters. If I don't win, I pray that some of you will, if you enter the contest.

Thanks just registered for the shotgun, could always use another gun :beers:

Threw my name into the ring.. The 870 is a good shotgun, fancy version or not.
I don't really hunt too much these days, but that 870 would tear a mean ole snake
a new one. For home use, just racking one up will make all but the most hard core
home invaders RUNNOFT.

Yea, and I wouldn't have to dig for the target anymore.
Just pin point and BLAST the sucker out of the ground. :)-)

Entered too. Nothing to lose by trying. I think you can metal detect and small game hunt at the same time, can't you?

Yeah when you hear that bone chilling click it's time to leave, like hammering back a 357 or 44 Magnum, it's like a death knell. No ther sound quite like it.

Thanks for the heads up!:biggrin:I'm in as well!:wiggle:Happy Hunting!:)
