I hope Ike leaves all you Texicans high and dry but that sounds doubtful. I hope you fair well the next few days. Fly mama up here for the duration. We have room or will make it. The temp here this morning is 39 degrees

Seems like last time I talked to Fred he had said it was pretty dry there. Sure hope it takes a turn to the south more, like Mexico in where there is not much at all. Hitting with those kind of winds and waves would do a number on that area of Texas. We had quite a bit of tree damage this pass weekend from Hanna and 4 inch's of rain here. Took a little time to clean up the driveway but I have it all cut into firewood all ready. We have not had a wind here since 1985, so if we got a major one it would be a long time before we got power back.
