Found what i think to be a civil war button

I found this button at a hotel built in 1927. I think it is a civil war button. Cool what ever it is

Have to agree with Blind Squirrel - eagle with anchor in talons has to be Navy button.

If the eagle head faces to the right it is civil war time period. Mine is facing to the right and the anchor is a little different. See mine at ling below
