Found unusual(for me) silver ring wading w/ CZ20....

it's very small and looks like there's inter-woven copper that may have been gold filled or washed at one time. The ring is somewhat flexible and is stamped 90 on a soldered stay on the inside, and only fits the pinky finger of an 8 year old...... Anybody ever seen one like this?

High tone like all silver rings, or a mid-tone like aluminum and gold?
 
I will check with another couple machines. I think 90 is coin grade silver, odd to find, and the weave pattern is something I've never seen.
