Now, it's not what you think. It's a wrestling medal and since it appears to be bronze, I'm guessing someones third place medal. Too heavy and nice to be just a decotative medallion. I found it late his afternoon at the edge of the middle school athletic field -- close to the street.

Very nice...and in great shape too !!I told you some time back that I was asked (politely) by the local police to stay off school property. I;m thinking that I might take that medal into the local school offices (which are next door to where I found the medal) and trade it for permission to hunt the schools....off hours of course. Don't know if it will work or not, but no permission, no medal.
