Hi!!!! I had a good evening of hunting. Let me tell ya, my shirt was wet with sweat in no time at all. I had som much sweat dripping off of my face, that it would soften the plug that I was digging!!!!!! Honest Abe!!!!! Well, I exaggerate a bit, but you get the gist. I found a Union General Service coat-size button, and shortly after, found the little pistol bullet. Then, shortly after that, found the item in the right bottom of the pic. I have two pics with both sides shown. It appears to have a Liberty lady with 13 stars circling her, at the edge of the item. And the back looks like those Over-all buttons that we alol dig from time to time only the back of this one is brass, instead of the ususal steal. Plus, over-all buttons usually have Dee Cee stamped on the front. Have y'all ever seen anything like this item?? Please help!
