Hunted my front yard tonight after dark, was still warm but didn't have that big yellow thing shining on me. Plus its really cool to see silver shining in the hole by the moon light(LOL) Only found one thing but its a first for me,so not so bad.And I think its about the deepest coin I have dug, didn't measure it but my digging tool was wasn't sticking out of hole and it's over 9" long.Seems like the finds keep coming from my old yard, its amazing how many coins I have found in it.Hope they still keep coming. Thanks for looking and HH-Kurt

Wow, That's a great find.

My yard has produced little.

There are some scarterded items going back to the 1960's.

Before that it was used as a big garden. They sold produce.

Some old horse shoes and lots of trash.

Thanks for sharing,

Tabdog

Very nice

I found a silver dollar that had been turned into a necklace(chain added to it) at my best friends and belonged to his mother-in-law. I found it shortly after her death, and they were very emotional about having it returned. What detector were you using? Nice find

Phillipines WWII silver, great find. Got a feeling you'll be pounding your yard for a long time to come!
