In a yard of a not real old house in the city limits of a small town by me.. Friend of a friends that I detect with. I found a 1943 merc,1947 roosevelt ,1963 aluminum 25 c-mes coin(not sure what that is) and 6 wheats. My friend found 9 wheats ,no silver for him this time.LOL .I was the lucky dog . Silver is always a good thing, and there is more there. Its a huge yard didnt even get close to covering it. We will go back.

Good luck.

If that "25 c-mes" coin has a hole in its center, you have a 25-centimes piece from France. Or, if it has a lion on the other side, it could be from Luxembourg, a tiny Grand Duchy between Germany and France. Either way, its a cool find far from its home. I'll attach a picture of both bellow. Also wanted to know: what machine do you use?

It is the bottom one, thnks. I use the discovery 2200 most of the time but also the pioneer 202 on occasions.and they do a fine job.
