Acting on a "tip" that I got from a man walking the beach last week, this morning after Church I left for the beach to catch low tide near an old pier area...was finding only worn clads ( so much for that "tip" from the beach walker) .............

so I put "Plan B" into action and moved over to an old fishing area next to the main beach..very rocky area.

Well, under one of the rocks came this nice silver sound ,so I dug up the rock and there it was..a nice big .925

Here's some pics

thanks for looking.

I use the GT for ground ( relic ) hunting also..although I think there may be another type more suited to dirt detecting, but I haven't got the funds to buy a 4th detector...I sometimes use my Garrett1350 for the ground work.

But then again..if Hank can have 6+ sets of golf clubs..why not another detector?:smoke:
