Sorry guys but I just figured out how to show some of my finds from the past year or so. Please bear with me. This picture has a friction primer and a dropped Ark. hawg (.69 mangeot) and some other bullets I have found since duck season ended. I put the Ark. quarter in upside down like the moron I am...Tim

I hope your Duck Season went better than ours <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)"> I did get Pintail and Canvasback Bulls on the last day. Otherwise it was slim pickin's.

David, we wore 'em out. Wound up the year, counting geese, with 816. You need to come and go with me sometime. We will snow goose hunt this weekend. No limit, no plugs and you don't even have to have a lic. Plus you can shoot 30 minutes after sunset. We will be rackin' and stackin' come Saturday. Look at our web site. www.southernwaterfowlers.com...d2

Awesome. Do you dig that stuff in Arkansas? Whereabouts? <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

Hey guys I have a few Tranter bullets for trade or sale. I have 2 types "round" with the "patch pin" and Bullet type with the "patch pin". They are non-dug but very old as they are "white" with age. These came in a small tin I bought some years back. I bought them because I have a 1st Model Tranter!!!! I have never seen another 1st Model and can find very few photos of them on the web. The first Model had a seperate loading lever that was not attached to the pistol. The reason they dropped the 1st Model was vecause the loading levers kept getting lost, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Model Tranters had the loading lever attached to the frame. My Tranter is serial number 248 and as I said is the only 1st Model I have seen. I have carried this weapon while re-enacting the US Civil War ( I was the Provost Marshal for the 1st Div ANV) and I have fired "Blanks" from it.
The spare bullets I have for trade or sale are a small caliber, much smaller than my pistol so I am willing to let them go.
